Rowan Allan has dedicated the past 16 years to mastering health and fitness. Through sleep, nutrition, training and stress management, he is driven to inspire others to live their healthiest, happiest lives.

From busy dads, athletes and success-driven professionals, he works 1:1 with clients to help them reach prime health and wellness at any stage in life. Outside work, he enjoys the outdoors, cooking, and taking his dogs on adventures.
